Partner Marketing Manager

Plaid is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to own the design and execution of joint marketing programs with Plaid's partners. This role will translate business objectives into GTM plans, create and execute co-marketing campaigns, and develop partner enablement materials. The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in partner or channel marketing within the fintech space, and experience working with technology partners to drive customer acquisition and pipeline generation. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with Partnership Leaders to understand key priorities and identify where we have marketing leverage
  2. Translate business objectives into clear GTM plans covering propositions, launches, campaigns, enablement, and performance measurement
  3. Create and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to drive awareness, demand, and adoption
  4. Act as the primary GTM contact for partners on propositions, launches, campaigns, and enablement
  5. Deeply understand Plaid's product areas across Credit, Lending, and Banking and translate them into partner-relevant messaging
