Datadog is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner marketing initiatives in Japan, focusing on strengthening relationships with local channel partners and supporting cloud partnerships. The role involves executing joint marketing programs, planning campaigns, tracking performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive pipeline growth and market expansion.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and execute joint marketing programs with Japan-based local channel partners to drive pipeline growth and partner engagement
  2. Plan and deliver partner-driven campaigns, including events, webinars, and co-branded initiatives
  3. Own end-to-end program execution, including planning, KPI definition, performance tracking, and ROI optimization
  4. Build and strengthen partner relationships while expanding partner coverage and engagement across the Japan ecosystem
  5. Support cloud partner marketing initiatives (AWS, Google Cloud) by localizing and executing global programs in Japan

Skills

Required

  • B2B or partner marketing experience
  • Understanding of Japan's IT industry and channel ecosystem
  • Japanese language proficiency (native-level or business-fluent)
