This role is for a Partner Operations Lead within AWS, focusing on driving data-driven decision-making and operational excellence for the AWS Specialist and Partner (ASP) organization. The role involves partnering with business leaders to establish operational support, design mechanisms to inspect business health, and conduct in-depth data analysis to inform strategic recommendations. A key aspect is leveraging generative AI and automation tools to enhance processes, decision-making, and drive business impact. The ideal candidate is a structured, analytical thinker who can simplify complexity and work across stakeholders to develop scalable processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Gather and report insights from the business through analyzing data, identifying trends, and looking around the corner to develop innovative solutions for those servicing our partners directly.
  2. Partner with our WW and Geo operations teams to translate strategic priorities into executable plans.
  3. Leverage generative AI and automation tools (e.g., agentic workflows, natural-language querying, automated anomaly detection) to surface insights faster, reduce manual reporting burden, and enable leadership to act on real-time signals rather than lagging indicators.
  4. Be a trusted business partner to the leadership team, providing deep insights to help shape the strategy and design/implement mechanism to inspect and influence outcomes of the business.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
  • Experience using sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
