Harvey is seeking a Partner Operations Manager for EMEA to build and manage their partner ecosystem. This role focuses on activating, operationalizing, and managing strategic partner relationships from contract signature to full-scale execution. Responsibilities include onboarding partners, driving enablement, coordinating joint solution development, ensuring commercial activation, and managing day-to-day relationships. The role requires strong program management, partner onboarding experience, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, early-stage company environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the day-to-day relationship with one or more signed partners, acting as the single point of contact across enablement, solutioning, and GTM execution.
  2. Drive and manage onboarding across work streams including sales training, technical enablement, security and provisioning, and support operations.
  3. Ensure partner readiness to deploy and resell Harvey solutions, through shared project plans, milestone tracking, and joint QBRs.
  4. Orchestrate co-developed solutions by collaborating with partners to define use cases, create demo assets, and documentation.
  5. Monitor partner performance, flag risks early, and drive structured remediation or acceleration plans as needed.

Skills

Required

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, product, alliances, management consulting, or partner success, in enterprise software environments.
  • Proven ability to develop strong executive relationships within complex enterprises.
  • An ability to manage relationships across both local and global partner teams.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to track multiple workstreams and hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable.
  • Deep experience in partner onboarding and activation.
  • Experience working at the early stage at a high growth company, where programs are in their infancy and the partner motion is building.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—can influence without authority and drive urgency with empathy.
