DeepL is seeking a Partner Sales Manager for the Americas to drive revenue through a network of Resellers, Distributors, SIs, and Technology & Cloud partners. The role involves executing regional channel strategy, recruiting and activating partners, driving co-selling initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure partner-attached revenue. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales or partnerships within the SaaS or AI space, a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through partner ecosystems, and a strong understanding of the Americas partner landscape. Knowledge of the AI/ML landscape or translation/localization market is a significant advantage.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute the Americas regional channel plan, driving revenue through resellers and distributors while establishing scalable programs for long-term growth.
  2. Identify and onboard high-impact partners across the Americas, focusing on strategic players (e.g., major software resellers, regional distributors, and key SIs).
  3. Drive strategic alignment between DeepL and our partners to accelerate co-selling, ensuring DeepL achieves "pole position" within their portfolios.
  4. Support the development of joint business plans that include sourcing net-new opportunities and co-marketing initiatives to drive revenue impact.
  5. Collaborate closely with Americas Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leads to ensure partner-attached revenue and consistent partner experiences.

Skills

Required

  • Sales or Partnerships experience
  • Experience working with Resellers, Distributors, SIs and Cloud vendors
  • Experience in the SaaS or AI space
  • Proven track record of obtaining and overachieving on revenue targets through partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of the Americas partner landscape
  • Fluency in English
