Partner Sales Manager, Japan

Notion is seeking a Partner Sales Manager for Japan to build and implement the partner sales strategy, recruit and enable partners, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth. The role requires 7+ years of SaaS/IT partner sales experience in Japan and native-level Japanese with business-level English. While not requiring AI expertise, the candidate should be curious about and willing to adopt AI tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and implement Japan Partner Sales strategy by working closely with global team.
  2. Recruit, enable and maintain resales partners relationship as primary owner.
  3. Work together with direct sales team to achieve the regional goals.
  4. Collaborate with internal team such as marketing, solutions engineer and customer success to maximize partner’s revenue growth
  5. Create the goals and strategic sales & marketing plan with each partners and conduct business reviews.

Skills

Required

  • Native level Japanese
  • business level English
  • 7+ years experience in direct and/or partner sales, preferably within a SaaS/IT organization
  • Solid understanding of SaaS/IT partner ecosystem in Japan
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across all GTM teams

Nice to have

  • experience and understanding in “PLG” SaaS business model would be a bonus
  • You've built partner sales playbooks or processes
  • You've been an early hire at a fast growing start up before
