Partner Sales Manager, Middle East

This role is a Partner Sales Manager for Adobe in the Middle East, focusing on growing and developing a strategic partner ecosystem. The manager will drive partner sales revenue, work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams, and lead go-to-market strategies with partners. Responsibilities include developing joint marketing initiatives, co-solutioning, and defining partner success metrics. The role requires experience in SaaS solution environments, alliances, and direct/indirect sales, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and experience in the Middle East market.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive partner sales revenue by maintaining successful relationships with decision makers across the region. This will be done at the executive and management levels at Systems Integrators, Consultancies and Agencies.
  2. Work cross-functionally with Sales teams and other lines of business to drive deal registration with your partners.
  3. Lead and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies with new and existing partners.
  4. Work with Partners to drive joint marketing initiatives through events and other marketing campaigns that generate quantifiable demand.
  5. Work creatively with Partners around co solutioning and the Partner Solution Consulting team to ensure effective Sales enablement around Adobe solutions.
