Partner Sales Manager, Systems Integrators

Anthropic Anthropic · AI Frontier · San Francisco, CA · Sales

This role is for a Partner Sales Manager focused on Systems Integrators (SIs) at Anthropic. The primary responsibility is to manage a portfolio of SI partners, drive revenue through them, and develop joint go-to-market strategies. The role involves building relationships with senior stakeholders at partner firms and collaborating with internal sales, solutions architecture, and customer success teams to facilitate enterprise deals. It is an early-stage role where the individual will have influence over partner engagement strategies and playbooks. The role also involves tracking pipeline health, forecasting revenue, and gathering market feedback to inform product and go-to-market planning.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work directly with Sales Leaders, Account Executives and Solutions Architects, bringing the partner into the sales cycle at the right moments and ensuring clear roles, clean handoffs, and shared accountability for outcomes
  2. Build relationships across multiple levels of the partner organization — from practice leads and delivery teams to alliance executives — and serve as their primary point of contact at Anthropic
  3. Own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of assigned SI partners, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue against defined targets
  4. Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with each partner, including target account mapping, pipeline generation activities, and co-sell motions with Anthropic's direct sales team
  5. Collaborate with enablement and program teams to get your partners trained, certified, and equipped with the materials they need to position Claude effectively
