Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Solution Advisor for their Alliances & Channels team, focusing on driving partner-led growth within the Consumer & Manufacturing Industries (CMI) segment. The role involves advising partners on Salesforce capabilities, co-creating solutions, enabling go-to-market strategies, and influencing revenue through partner collaborations. This is a senior advisory and strategic role within the sales and partner ecosystem, not a direct AI/ML development role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner Advisory & Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, guiding them on Salesforce capabilities, solution architecture, and industry best practices
  2. Solution Co-Creation & White Space Identification:Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to identify customer needs, uncover gaps, and build scalable Salesforce solutions
  3. Solution Strategy & Design: Provide strategic input into solution creation across Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.)
  4. GTM Enablement: Build GTM-ready partners by enabling asset development aligned with CMI segment priorities and establishing structured GTM approaches
  5. Partner Ecosystem Development: Strengthen partner capabilities through continuous enablement, innovation alignment, and joint value proposition development

Skills

Required

  • 14-18 years of experience across alliances, sales, Salesforce consulting, solution architecture, or advisory roles
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystem
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across organizations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience working with or managing partners, alliances, or channel relationships
  • Track record of driving GTM programs and partner-led growth

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Solution Architect)
  • Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
  • Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, and data architecture
