What you'd actually do

  1. Accelerate customer acquisition, Copilot adoption, security growth, and cloud transformation.
  2. Identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities and Deliver measurable business outcomes for customers and Microsoft
  3. Build strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.
  4. Develop repeatable partner-led sales motions and growth programs.
  5. Enable partners to become trusted advisors and growth engines.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in technology sales, solution sales, partner management, business development, or account management
  • 6+ years of customer-facing or partner-facing sales experience in technology, cloud, security, AI, productivity, or business applications
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer acquisition, pipeline creation, opportunity management, and business growth through partners and ecosystem motions
  • Proven experience working with partners, distributors, resellers, system integrators, or cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market plans and sales initiatives
  • Strong understanding of cloud transformation, Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI, security, productivity, or related business solution areas
  • Ability to translate customer business challenges into outcome-based solution conversations and measurable business value
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset, execution discipline, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Proficiency in Korean and English

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent business/technology-related qualification
  • Experience driving AI, Copilot, Modern Work, Security, or cloud transformation initiatives with customers or partners
  • Proven ability to build repeatable sales motions, partner-led programs, scalable playbooks, or growth engines that create impact beyond individual deals
  • Experience managing competitive sales motions, including customer acquisition, win-back, migration, upsell, or renewal transformation
  • Strong business acumen
