Twilio is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to act as a lead technical strategic advisor for their strategic partners in the EMEA region. The role involves ensuring partners have the technical vision and enablement to build world-class solutions on the Twilio platform, designing sophisticated, multi-platform solutions, and driving technical enablement for partner self-sufficiency. The role also involves influencing global roadmaps and creating reusable solution assets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive technical enablement and readiness across strategic partners to ensure long-term architectural self-sufficiency.
  2. Partner with regional GTM teams to embed partner implementation strategies into early-stage planning and business alignment.
  3. Architect scalable, secure solutions that integrate products into complex enterprise technology stacks.
  4. Act as a technical bridge between the partner community and Product teams to influence global roadmaps.
  5. Create reusable solution assets and technical documentation that help partners scale adoption.
