Twilio is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to act as a lead technical strategic advisor for their most strategic partners in the LATAM region. The role involves ensuring partners have the technical vision and enablement to build world-class solutions on the Twilio platform. Responsibilities include driving technical enablement, architecting scalable solutions, acting as a technical bridge between partners and Product teams, and creating reusable solution assets. The role requires experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or partner-facing architectural roles, fluency in API-first architectures, and strong communication skills. Desired expertise includes AI-powered customer engagement (Agentic workflows, RAG, LLMs), CCaaS, or Telecom.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive technical enablement and readiness across strategic partners to ensure long-term architectural self-sufficiency.
  2. Partner with regional GTM teams to embed partner implementation strategies into early-stage planning and business alignment.
  3. Architect scalable, secure solutions that integrate products into complex enterprise technology stacks.
  4. Act as a technical bridge between the partner community and Product teams to influence global roadmaps.
  5. Create reusable solution assets and technical documentation that help partners scale adoption.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or partner-facing architectural roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in System Integrator (SI) or Technology Partner ecosystems focused on building technical practices.
  • Technical fluency in API-first architectures and the ability to build functional prototypes to demonstrate integration concepts.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics to both executive and developer audiences.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages applicable to the LATAM region: Portuguese, Spanish (desired) and English.

Nice to have

  • Subject Matter Expertise in AI-powered customer engagement (Agentic workflows, RAG, LLMs), CCaaS, or Telecom (SIP, WebRTC).
  • Experience as a strategic influencer, providing insights to internal product teams to shape global roadmaps.
