Partner Solutions Architect, Agentic Business Processes, Aws Partner Field Emea

Amazon Amazon · Big Tech · M, Spain +1 · Solutions Architect

Partner Solutions Architect focused on Agentic AI, working with AWS partners across EMEA to help them build and deliver AI agent solutions that automate and augment complex workflows. This involves enabling partners on Agentic Orchestration, Amazon Bedrock, and Frontier Agents, and guiding them through the Agentic Process Transformation (APT) methodology.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support partner go-to-market motions by providing technical guidance and support, thought leadership on agentic AI — covering Agentic Orchestration, Amazon Bedrock (Amazon AgentCore, Amazon Strands), and Frontier Agents
  2. Enable AWS Partners and internal AWS teams on the adoption and delivery of agentic AI solutions using Agentic Orchestration patterns, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon AgentCore, Amazon Strands, and Frontier Agents across the full lifecycle
  3. Create best practices and architectural guidance on agentic AI patterns: multi-agent orchestration, tool use, memory management, guardrails, human-in-the-loop, retrieval augmented generation, responsible AI, cost optimization, and production deployment, being a thought leader on the area
  4. Be the technical reference on Agentic AI for the EMEA Partner Organization, collecting and exposing all the work done across EMEA
  5. Guide partners through the Agentic Process Transformation (APT) methodology — from identifying candidate processes through solution design, implementation, and scaling — and help them build differentiated GenAI practices

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

Nice to have

  • Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering)
  • Experience building agentic AI systems: tool use, multi-agent orchestration, memory management, guardrails, or human-in-the-loop patterns
  • Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services (Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Lambda, Step Functions)
  • Knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, and how they underpin agentic systems
  • Experience with responsible AI practices, guardrail implementation, and observability for AI agents
  • Experience enabling or developing partner ecosystems (system integrators, ISVs, consulting firms)
