This role is for a Partner Solutions Engineer in APAC, based in Singapore. The primary focus is on enabling and mentoring partners to effectively use Cribl's telemetry platform, which is positioned as the 'AI Platform for Telemetry'. The role involves building technical communities, providing architectural expertise, and driving partner-led sales motions. Responsibilities include technical enablement, use case documentation, and travel. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in IT/Security operations, experience in customer-facing roles, and a passion for teaching and mentorship.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the ultimate connector and trusted advisor, building unbreakable bridges of trust between our internal sales teams and our partners' technical wizards, ensuring seamless collaboration and shared success.
  2. Serve as the primary technical authority for a growing portfolio of partners, empowering them with the architectural expertise and best practices needed to solve their customers' most complex data challenges.
  3. Actively champion the partner-led sales motion, mentoring our partners’ SEs through live sales cycles to build their confidence, increase deal velocity, and drive a significant increase in partner-led revenue.
  4. Transform our partners' technical capabilities from subjective to factual, establishing clear metrics for success and fostering a culture of continuous learning and certification.
  5. Be the champion and driving force behind our partner technical enablement strategy in APAC: sponsoring and executing a world-class program of workshops, bootcamps, and coaching sessions.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or Technical Support.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and enable technical teams.
  • Deep domain expertise with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security (SIEM, SOAR, Observability Platforms).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences.
  • A proactive, programmatic mindset with a talent for building relationships and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You live in Singapore.

Nice to have

  • Proven experience in a partner-facing or channel-focused technical role is highly preferred.
  • Experience developing technical training materials (workshops, labs, presentations) is a significant plus.
  • Experience working remotely.
