What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end implementation and integration projects for new and existing B2B partners, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and post-go-live optimization.
  2. Translate partner needs into clear business and technical requirements, collaborating with product and engineering teams to design scalable, reusable solutions.
  3. Build strong relationships with external partner stakeholders (technical, commercial, and operational), acting as a trusted advisor on Expedia Group products, capabilities, and best practices.
  4. Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and provide clear, concise status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Identify and analyze data and performance insights to recommend improvements that increase partner adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
