This role is for a Partner Strategy & Operations Manager at Notion, focusing on scaling growth through partner and consultant motions. The manager will lead strategy and execution for self-service and sales-assisted business models, develop investment plans, build operating processes, and partner with various teams to enhance the Partner program. The goal is to transform end-user experience, accelerate Notion adoption, and drive ARR growth. The role requires strong analytics, process orientation, cross-functional influence, and partner expertise, with a preference for those curious about AI tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead annual and semi-annual planning for the Partner org, including invest/divest recommendations, headcount and opex, OKRs, KPIs and incentives models
  2. Build and own revenue and capacity models to inform investment decisions; Structure ambiguous problems through data, translating insights into clear recommendations
  3. Design and run “rhythm of the business” operating cadences e.g. KPI and OKR reviews to drive the right decisions at the right time
  4. Partner with BizTech and Data to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver the systems, reporting and analytics capabilities needed to run the Partner business
  5. Improve Partner process, working closely with Business Technology and Partner teams to improve end to end experience across Partner onboarding, lead gen, etc.
