The role involves building and managing relationships with ecosystem partners and industry stakeholders, working cross-functionally with GTM, Marketing, Legal Engineering, and Leadership to shape partnership strategy and execute initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and grow strategic partnerships across key ecosystem partners and industry stakeholders.
  2. Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and long-term revenue growth.
  3. Build and manage senior partner relationships, ensuring strong engagement, clear mutual goals, and long-term success.
  4. Lead partner activations and initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, events, webinars, referrals, integrations, and joint go-to-market efforts.
  5. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to convert partnership opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience from top-tier management consulting or a commercially focused role in a high-growth company, such as partnerships, business development, or sales, with a proven ability to perform in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
  • Proven ability to build and manage strategic external relationships that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial instincts and experience owning initiatives end-to-end across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and execution skills, with the ability to balance strategic and operational work.
  • High ownership mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and operate independently in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Curiosity and ability to quickly understand new industries, partner ecosystems, and customer needs.
