Partnership Manager for Peloton's omnichannel retail strategy, focusing on managing and growing brick-and-mortar retail partnerships. What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the lead operational contact for assigned B&M partners. You will identify opportunities for growth, develop solutions for underperforming territories, and utilize independent judgment to achieve shared business goals
  2. Foster inventory health by collaborating with Supply Chain to ensure adequate stock levels to meet sales goals. You will navigate the nuances of retail sell-through volatility to ensure our partners have the right product in the right locations at the right time
  3. Partner with Marketing and Creative teams, and Auditing services to ensure Peloton’s premium brand standards are met across all physical touchpoints. You will coordinate the tactical execution of product merchandising, signage updates, floor model rotations, and seasonal resets
  4. Proactively engage internal teams (e.g. Sales Enablement, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing) to align on GTM launches and continuous improvement. You aren’t just a participant; you are a contributor to best practices for 3P retail operations
  5. Conduct regular business reviews, translating complex retail data (Foot traffic, Attach rates, ROI) into actionable insights. You will establish the standards for maintaining partner documentation and reporting
