Partnership Manager, Product

Lovable Lovable · Coding AI · San Francisco, CA · Sales

Lovable is hiring a Partnership Manager to own and grow a named portfolio of strategic partnerships, running relationships end-to-end, defining joint GTM strategy, and feeding partner insights directly into the product roadmap. This is an early, high-ownership role that will shape how Lovable wins through its ecosystem.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end relationship for a named portfolio of partners — from onboarding through growth and renewal — as their primary point of contact at Lovable.
  2. Identify and shape joint GTM opportunities — co-marketing, co-sell motions, integration milestones — and partner closely with Lovable's marketing team to execute them.
  3. Run regular business reviews and maintain executive-level relationships at partner organizations, including negotiating partnership scopes and terms with legal and finance.
  4. Be the internal voice of your partners — surfacing product feedback, blockers, and opportunities to Lovable's product and engineering teams to directly influence the roadmap.
  5. Track performance against clear KPIs (adoption, pipeline influenced, integration depth, revenue) and use that data to prioritize your time and your partners'.
