Whatnot is seeking a Partnerships Associate to become a category expert, focusing on seller outreach, onboarding, relationship management, and driving growth through marketing initiatives and data analytics. This role requires a passion for the mission, experience in fast-paced client-facing roles, strong project management skills, and business acumen.

What you'd actually do

  1. Become the go-to expert on your category, including seller/buyer dynamics, community channels, influencers, and product nuances
  2. Source and reach out to sellers to convince them to join and grow their business on Whatnot. Leverage social media, outbound channels, and in-person events
  3. Partner with top sellers and strategic partners to build big businesses on Whatnot
  4. Spearhead diverse marketing initiatives, such as influencer partnerships, to boost brand awareness and attract more buyers
  5. Use basic data analytics skills (SQL) to derive insights from projects and enhance process efficiency
