What you'd actually do

  1. Build a strong understanding of the Strategic Partnerships & Affiliates business and broader operational landscape to identify challenges, opportunities, and priorities
  2. Analyze business problems and recommend effective solutions, including process, device, or system-based improvements that support scalable execution
  3. Gather market and stakeholder insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for Operations and Commercial teams
  4. Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes, troubleshooting frameworks, and knowledge guides with a focus on efficiency and long-term scalability
  5. Lead projects independently by prioritizing work, managing timelines, tracking progress, highlighting risks, and communicating action plans and next steps to stakeholders

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field; or Equivalent related professional experience
  • 3+ Years experience working in operations, partnerships, affiliate, commercial, or other cross-functional business environments where coordination and execution are critical
  • Native or near-native Japanese proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Professional English fluency required
  • Skilled at solving ambiguous business problems
