This role is for a Parts Advisor at Rivian, responsible for managing parts inventory and ensuring a positive customer experience within service locations. The role involves understanding and executing processes related to parts procurement, shipping, inventory management, and customer service. It requires strong communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process
  2. Understand, explain, and execute the shipping process and how to package parts before final shipment
  3. Understand what channel planning is, and understand how channel planning works
  4. Understand, explain, and execute indirect purchasing through Coupa
  5. Understand and explain KPI's and metrics and their significance

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized high school equivalency credential
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Basic mathematic skills
  • Ability to see, read and interpret documents
  • Minimum age of 21
  • 2 – 3 years in a Customer Facing Service role, material handling / inventory management or equivalent
