Student/Intern role focused on silicon validation for Intel's products, involving functional validation of FW micro code, debugging, performance analysis, test automation, and collaboration with experienced engineers. Requires pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree and some experience in computer architecture, programming, Git, and Linux.

What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the functional validation of FW micro code for silicon products.
  2. Assist in debugging and performance analysis to identify and resolve issues.
  3. Support validation coverage to ensure product quality and readiness.
  4. Participate in test automation and data analysis for validation.
  5. Collaborate on the development and implementation of validation infrastructure and test environments.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline
  • Completion of at least 50 percent of bachelor's degree coursework
  • 3+ months of experience in Computer architecture
  • 3+ months of experience in Programming with any language
  • 3+ months of experience in Using Software tools such as Git Hub
  • 3+ months of experience in Linux
  • Advanced English level
  • Unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Python programming and scripting
  • Experience using Software tools such as Azure Pipelines and PBI
  • Understanding of server and SoC architectures
