This role supports customer migrations and analytics reporting for Patient Accounting and Revenue Cycle, leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and delivery quality. It requires subject matter expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management and customer-facing consulting skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support customer Cerner Patient Accounting (CPA) to Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) migration efforts for scheduled customers with committed timelines and hard delivery dates.
  2. Provide Patient Accounting and Revenue Cycle subject matter expertise for analytics, reporting, validation, and issue resolution.
  3. Support extract analysis, mapping, and validation activities, including identification of patterns, exceptions, and data issues.
  4. Serve as an SME liaison with customer contacts to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and support timely delivery.
  5. Support onboarding of customers to Oracle Analytics Cloud, including validation, reporting review, customer engagement, issue triage, and follow-up.

Skills

Required

  • Knowledge of Patient Accounting, preferably within CPA or OHPAC.
  • Experience with AR and charges.
  • Understanding of Revenue Cycle KPIs.
  • Customer-facing experience and consulting expertise.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to work directly with customer contacts and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to support time-sensitive deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience with analytics, reporting, validation, issue resolution, or customer implementation support.
  • Ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, accelerate analysis, and improve delivery quality.

Nice to have

  • Oracle Analytics Cloud knowledge.
  • Analytics and reporting background.
  • Moderate SQL knowledge.
  • Experience supporting customer migrations, reporting validation, and extract mapping.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, and Eggplant.
