This role is a strategic leadership position within Pfizer's Digital Commerce department, focusing on the Metabolism/Weight Management portfolio. The Patient Experience Lead will define and execute an omnichannel "Patient-Centric" experience strategy, manage digital assets like a patient service platform, and expand an external ecosystem. The primary goal is to enhance patient adherence, loyalty, and business value by addressing unmet needs across the patient journey. Responsibilities include strategy development, patient enablement through service platforms, ecosystem partnership management, and team leadership. The role requires extensive experience in marketing, digital marketing, or patient experience, with a preference for knowledge in obesity, metabolic diseases, or chronic disease management. Experience in building and operating large-scale patient support platforms or membership systems is crucial.

What you'd actually do

  1. Set the patient experience vision, strategic principles, and roadmap for the Metabolism/Weight Management portfolio across key channels and touchpoints.
  2. Own the patient services platform strategy, governance, and lifecycle for the “One Stop Solution,” including product vision, operating model, capability build, and long-term scalability.
  3. Define the external ecosystem strategy and lead the build-out, governance, and growth of the “Weight Management Alliance,” positioning Pfizer as a trusted orchestrator of “Medicine + Service” solutions.
  4. Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team with a clear capability strategy, talent development plan, and accountability mechanisms.

Skills

Required

  • Over 10 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Patient Experience
  • Proven track record in building and operating large-scale patient support platforms or membership systems
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making skill
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
