Patient Services Salesforce Admin (consultant)

This role focuses on configuring and implementing Salesforce solutions for patient services within the healthcare domain. While Generative AI is mentioned as a capability of the broader team, the core responsibilities of this specific role revolve around Salesforce administration and functional design for patient support workflows, not direct AI/ML model development or deployment.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
  • 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations
  • At least two years Heath Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud – Patient Services experience
  • At least two years of Salesforce admin skills on Patience Services experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications
  • Expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Health Cloud
  • Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience implementing CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics) or CPQ technologies (BigMachines, Apttus, Cameleon)
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
