Northrop Grumman is seeking a Payload AI&T Lead Sr. Principal Systems Engineer to lead systems engineering, integration, and test efforts for space subsystems, payloads, and/or vehicles. Responsibilities include leading I&T analysis, tool development, coding/script development for RF data analysis, and supporting test environments. Requires a Top Secret clearance and experience in systems development, integration, and test.

What you'd actually do

  1. responsible for directing the execution of the overall systems engineering, integration, and test (SEIT) effort on the program and is responsible for horizontal and vertical integration across all engineering elements of the program.
  2. The AI&T Lead may have Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibility, which comprises cost and schedule management for the SEIT work scope and interfaces with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, System Architect, other engineering team leads, as well as the customer.
  3. The position will be responsible for leading systems engineering tasks for space subsystems, payloads and/or vehicles.
  4. Responsibilities include leading I&T analysis and tool development, coding/script development to analyze and interpret RF data for the purposes of debug/troubleshooting and system compliance assessment, support various test environments with different analysis needs, create/improve/operate custom SW tools during I&T and operational workflow.
