What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and develop the Payloads Engineering team, managing engineering and technical work in support of current and future commercial airplane programs.
  2. Oversee complex, cross-functional projects, integrating suppliers, interfacing engineering teams, production needs, regulatory requirements, and airline expectations.
  3. Define and execute engineering strategies, plans, and processes, including resource planning, supplier technical management, and continuous process improvement.
  4. Build strong partnerships across global teams and stakeholders, providing technical oversight and approval of engineering solutions, products, and processes.
  5. Ensure safety and quality are embedded in all engineering activities and deliverables.
