What you'd actually do

  1. Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Mechanical & Structural Engineering.
  2. Leads development of cabin interior solutions in support of current and future commercial airplane products.
  3. Provides oversight to complex projects; integrating multiple considerations including: suppliers, interfacing engineering teams, production system needs, regulations, and airline requirements.
  4. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  5. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
