This role focuses on enhancing payment operations by streamlining processes, implementing new technologies, and managing payment processing across various products. It involves ensuring fund transfers, reconciling transactions, and leveraging automation, cybersecurity, and anti-fraud awareness. The role also requires stakeholder management, strategic planning, and applying AI/ML knowledge to solve complex problems and improve processes within the payment lifecycle.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execution of daily business as usual (BAU) tasks/activities which includes processing and verification of Cash wires in the most efficient and highly control framework oriented environment.
  2. Review and process payments across various products, ensuring accurate and timely fund transfers, while resolving production or quality issues and escalating delays to management and stakeholders.
  3. Manage and deliver moderately complex payment lifecycle projects, contributing to client experience, transformation initiatives, and process optimization.
  4. Lead or contribute to operational initiatives, providing expertise in automation, process re-engineering, risk management, cybersecurity, and anti-fraud opportunities.
  5. Conduct research and data analysis to resolve non-routine payment lifecycle issues, including cash, trade, merchant, or commercial card transactions, and fraud detection.
