What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the onboarding of new payment activities, products, and clients, ensuring seamless integration across the payment lifecycle through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Partner with Technology, Product, and other key stakeholders to resolve issues, develop effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  3. Support critical system enhancements and participate in global deployments to advance product capabilities.
  4. Provide operational support to maintain the stability, scalability, and performance of payment products.
  5. Identify and assess client and business needs, incorporating requirements into process enhancements and operational solutions.
