What you'd actually do

  1. Manage day-to-day priorities in relation to the products by working closely with functional, technology and operational partners and by providing expert support to front and middle office.
  2. Identify product gaps, drive prioritization, define enhancement requirements and develop business cases to support investment requests.
  3. Support APAC planning and execution readiness for Account Solutions System of Record migration to Accounts Unified, including phased market wave planning, stakeholder engagement, cutover planning, and operational readiness.
  4. Perform New Product Assessment by collaborating with relevant Functions to ensure new product functionalities are delivered as per specified business requirements.
  5. Deliver technology changes by partnering with Product Development, Technology, Operations and relevant Function partners.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelors’ degree in Economics, Finance or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Transactional Banking, Cash or Liquidity Management
  • Proven product, operational or client service experience in Payments and Transaction Banking.
  • Understanding and appreciation of the Liquidity regulatory and control environment, and particularly of the APAC landscape.
  • Track record of strong partnerships with key stakeholders, influencing without authority, leading cross-functional delivery, presenting to Senior Management, managing prioritization trade-offs, and owning regional outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong financial, analytical and strategic skills.
  • Experience in reviewing legal documentation in collaboration with Legal teams
  • Project management leadership and stakeholder governance competencies.
  • Collaborative attitude, with proven ability to work across global matrices.

Nice to have

  • Product Management expertise in liquidity products/solutions, across multiple geographies, is strongly preferred
  • Product management knowledge across Virtual Account offerings are an advantage.
