This role is responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution, and accounting of employee payroll. It involves serving as a liaison to employees and third-party vendors, auditing pay records, participating in payroll system upgrades, and resolving employee payroll inquiries. The analyst must ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations, interpret pay policies, and maintain accurate calculations and deductions. What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution, and accounting of employee payroll.
  2. Serves as a liaison to employees and third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies.
  3. Audits employee pay records and reconciles totals by departmental cost center, location, etc.
  4. Participates in payroll system upgrades and implementations.
  5. Works directly with employees to resolve outstanding payroll inquiries.
