What you'd actually do

  1. Execute payroll processes on the Workday product for United States and Canada; ensure on-time payment to employees and statutory agencies
  2. Monitor and implement statutory updates for regulations relating to time tracking, leave and absence, tax and payroll for the US and Canada
  3. Coordinate with ADP to ensure timely and accurate remittance of US federal, state and local payroll taxes.
  4. Reconcile post payroll processing and audit reports to ensure accuracy
  5. Identify gaps in configuration and process; work with IT and team to correct as necessary
