The Payroll Coordinator ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of Joby Aviation's employee and payroll records by balancing data auditing with manual record maintenance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the Payroll team by performing various tasks to establish and maintain employee and payroll records, including but not limited to:
  2. Proactively identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential payroll issues; research available resources and documentation to resolve them or escalate as appropriate.
  3. Assist with maintaining payroll procedures, documentation, and audit-ready records.
  4. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance payroll controls.
  5. Provide administrative support, reporting, data entry, and special project assistance as needed.
