Payroll Manager – Europe (ftc)

This role is for a Payroll Manager in Europe, responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, equity transactions, and managing relationships with payroll providers and internal stakeholders. It involves driving process improvements and transformation initiatives within a global payroll environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions including, UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, Brazil, and Iceland
  2. Handle monthly payroll cycles across all assigned entities, ensuring; Payroll processing that is detailed and delivered in a timely manner. Compliance with local statutory, tax, and labor regulations. Alignment with global payroll standards.
  3. Be responsible for and process equity-related transactions, including: RSUs, stock options, and tender-related payments. Coordination with Equity, Tax, and external vendors. Validation of gross-to-net calculations and payroll reporting impacts
  4. Partner closely with ADP Celergo (or equivalent global payroll providers) to: Ensure accurate data transmission and payroll execution. Troubleshoot payroll issues and handle partner concerns Support ongoing system enhancements and integrations
  5. Manage pension, social security, and statutory remittances across all countries: Validate employer/employee contributions. Ensure timely and accurate filings and payments.
