This role is for a PC Network Support Technician 4 at Northrop Grumman, requiring a Secret clearance. What you'd actually do

  1. Team lead, providing technical leadership and support for computers and associated networks, while coaching and coordinating with a team of PC Network Support Technicians
  2. Provides technical support for computers and associated network diagnostics, identifies, isolates and analyzes problems utilizing historical records.
  3. Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone, in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
  4. Uses Active Directory or similar tools to create and unlock user/computer account, perform password resets, following all security policies and procedures.
  5. Maintains accurate inventory records in the asset tracking system for all hardware assets (PCs, monitors, phones, peripherals, etc.) and updates status whenever equipment is deployed, moved, repaired, or retired.
