Pcb Layout Specialist

Anduril Anduril · Defense · Fort Collins, CO · Mission Systems : Battlespace Awareness Engineering : Battlespace Awareness Radar

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company developing advanced military systems. The Radar team is seeking a PCB Layout Specialist to design and manufacture state-of-the-art radar systems. This role involves routing high-speed mixed-signal designs, managing signal integrity, and establishing internal guidelines for PCB design and manufacturing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work directly with engineers to produce printed circuit board designs supporting Anduril’s products.
  2. Apply modern design standards and guidelines to create high-reliability, highly manufacturable assemblies.
  3. Implement combinations of high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designs.
  4. Lead the team in establishing internal guidelines for design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and overall quality fabrication and assembly outputs.
  5. Develop and refine team processes for PCB design, part creation, and library/database standards.
