What you'd actually do

  1. Develops actionable insights for improving medical education strategies and delivering targeted and differentiated training programs for medical professionals and healthcare organizations.
  2. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of professional medical education practices and company product technologies in order to coordinate procedural demonstrations and product application training for medical professionals, healthcare providers, strategic partners, and relevant stakeholders.
  3. Contributes to the creation of modifications and improvements to education and training programs that address educational gaps among medical professionals and aligned with company objectives.
  4. Develops strategy for implementing cutting-edge digital technologies and content delivery methods that improve product understanding, enable safe and efficacious use, and enhance the overall medical professional customer experience.
  5. Applies highly developed knowledge of professional medical education practices to inform the execution and improvement of education plans, training programs, and content delivery methods that support corporate marketing and branding strategies.
