Peloton is seeking a People Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. The role involves providing hands-on support, coaching, and guidance on all people matters across the UK, Germany, Poland, and Australia. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, coaching leaders on HR processes, providing training, analyzing trends, and partnering with various HR functions and legal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in a People Advisor or Business Partner role, preferably supporting multiple international markets, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Strong critical thinking, judgment, and collaborative skills are essential.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the primary support for people matters across the UK, Germany, Poland and Australia. Provide end-to-end management of those matters, ensuring adherence to company policy and relevant employment law.
  2. Provide support, thought leadership and coaching for team members and people leaders across the business - including Studio, Retail and Corporate teams.
  3. Coach business leaders on people processes, including performance management, absence management, redundancy, disciplinary and grievances.
  4. Provide training and development on key processes for people leaders at all levels, to improve leadership capability and drive a culture of high performance and accountability.
  5. Analyze trends and metrics, collaborating with HR functional experts to share insights, make recommendations and drive proactive solutions.

Skills
