This role is for a People Business Partner at Apple, focusing on strategic and tactical HR support, including talent management, compensation, diversity, and employee relations. It requires experience in HR business partnering and collaboration with business leaders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure depth of understanding for organizations supported, including key functions and processes.
  2. Support and work with business teams to understand current and future goals and trends that may impact workforce needs and initiatives.
  3. Support the design and delivery of appropriate talent planning activities that will identify talent, leadership development priorities, and succession plans.
  4. Enable diversity initiatives with consideration for talent movement, I&D dashboards, recruiting and representation, as well as targeted development initiatives.
  5. Advise on local and global compensation guidelines and processes.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner

Nice to have

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including influencing and coaching senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading global projects of all sizes.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to changing needs and priorities.
  • Foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems & tools is essential.
