This role focuses on translating business questions into data insights, building dashboards, and analyzing data for trends and opportunities within the Human Capital practice. It involves data engineering, analysis using tools like SQL, R, and Python, and experience with BI tools and data warehouses.

What you'd actually do

  1. Translate business questions into reporting, dashboard, and insight deliverables
  2. Analyze data to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for action
  3. Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using approved analytics and business intelligence tools
  4. Prepare data sets, validate outputs, and document business rules, assumptions, and logic used in analysis
  5. Support stakeholder discussions by summarizing findings, recommendations, and implementation considerations

Skills

Required

  • Consulting or an equivalent role involving consultative analytics
  • performing data engineering (profiling, cleansing, normalization, manipulation) and data analysis leveraging relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, & Python)
  • Data Warehouses and Data Lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
  • developing reporting and dashboarding in Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Visier, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik or similar)
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Nice to have

  • Prior project management experience including familiarity with the end-to-end lifecycle of a project
  • Utilizing Visier to deliver actionable insights in the role of a People Analytics practitioner.
  • Serving the HR Domain in areas such as recruiting, attrition, compensation & benefits, performance, learning & development
  • People Analytics data and technology architecture from data source to ingestion, transformation, and visualization
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Understanding of and exposure to advanced analytics techniques and approaches
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
