People Data & Analytics Senior Consultant

This role focuses on leveraging data and analytics to advance people analytics capabilities for clients, including developing dashboards, data visualizations, and predictive models. It involves data engineering, analysis, and reporting within the Human Capital practice.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct current state assessments to understand People Analytics maturity, synthesize findings, and communicate key themes coming out of discovery work
  2. Support and lead the development of a client's people analytics vision, strategy, operating model and roadmap for igniting and scaling People Analytics
  3. Utilize Human Capital Management (HCM), People Analytics or enterprise BI platforms to design, build, test and deploy people analytics dashboards, data visualizations and predictive models
  4. Assist with end-to-end analytics process, including cleansing and wrangling structured and unstructured data, designing and building analytics and models, extracting insights and findings, visualizing outputs, and communicating outcomes
  5. Leverage quantitative and qualitative data and analytics methods to analyze client data across HR and People Analytics focus areas

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Consulting or an equivalent role involving consultative analytics
  • 4+ years of experience performing data engineering (profiling, cleansing, normalization, manipulation) and data analysis leveraging relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, & Python)
  • 4+ years of experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
  • 4+ years of experience developing reporting and dashboarding in Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik or similar)
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Nice to have

  • Prior project management experience including familiarity with the end-to-end lifecycle of a project
  • 4+ years of experience serving the HR Domain
