This role is for a People Enablement Partner focused on growth within an AI-native legal tech company. The primary responsibilities include owning end-to-end recruitment for GTM and revenue-generating functions, building People infrastructure, and acting as a thought partner on org design and performance enablement. The role requires a strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in talent acquisition within high-growth environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end hiring across GTM and revenue-generating functions in the UK, while also building the People infrastructure that enables those teams to perform, iterate, and scale.
  2. Own full-cycle recruitment across the UK, with a primary focus on GTM, commercial, and strategic roles — partnering with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies tied directly to revenue outcomes.
  3. Build and maintain proactive, high-quality pipelines for critical and future commercial hires — so we're never starting from zero when a priority opens.
  4. Run structured, data-driven hiring processes that hold a high bar on quality without sacrificing speed or fairness.
  5. Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through onboarding — how we hire reflects who we are.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition or People roles in a high-growth, commercial environment
  • Proven track record of hiring high-performing GTM and commercial talent
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy, org design, and team build-out
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
  • Track record of building or meaningfully improving scalable hiring or People systems
  • Comfortable in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action
