What you'd actually do

  1. Own and execute full cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles in the US, including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Go To Market, and operational functions.
  2. Act as a thought partner to hiring managers, advising on org design, hiring strategy, and candidate experience.
  3. Build and nurture proactive pipelines for critical current and future roles across key markets.
  4. Run structured hiring processes that are fast, fair, and outcome focused.
  5. Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding.
