  3. Identify and drive process improvement initiatives at scale, leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and amplify operational excellence.
  4. Conduct in-depth analysis of employee data (e.g., surveys, exits) to identify location-specific trends and develop targeted initiatives.
  5. Serve as the subject matter expert for local employment law and P&C policies, providing recommendations to address systemic issues affecting wellbeing.

Skills

Required

  • 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
