People Experience Senior Manager (human Resources)

This role is for a People Experience Senior Manager in Human Resources at Pfizer. What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, supporting leadership effectiveness, engagement and team health.
  2. Strengthen the end‑to‑end colleague experience, with particular focus on day‑to‑day experience, trust, development and wellbeing.
  3. Serve as the primary responsible PX partner for Employee Relations in the Netherlands. Act as a steward of a constructive social partnership climate, balancing business needs with colleague trust and sustainable employment relations.
  4. Lead and manage Works Council engagement and end-to-end process, including social partnership, building a trustful climate, early involvement, preparation of substantiated advice and consent requests, coordination of timelines, and support to leaders in responding.
  5. Drive adoption of PX technologies and insights platforms (e.g. Copilot, Visier, Vee, BetterUp AI Coach).
