People Insights Analyst - Level 3 or 4

This role focuses on analyzing business requirements and developing data products to answer workforce questions within a People AI & Analytics organization. The analyst will conduct quantitative analyses, define metrics, create visualizations, and drive analytics projects from concept to deployment, leveraging data and advanced analytics to support HR decision-making and operational improvements. Experience with SQL, Python/R, and Tableau is required, along with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Analyze business requirements and processes to identify metric needs and opportunities for performance monitoring (e.g., customer satisfaction, service level agreements, case volume metrics, case resolution times, etc.).
  2. Collaborate with business leaders to define, develop, and maintain business metrics and KPIs that align with organizational goals.
  3. Define data requirements, gathering and validating information, while also applying sound judgment for people-related business problems and workforce management decisions.
  4. Create strategic analyses by forming structured hypotheses, identifying patterns in data using quantitative methods and effective data visualizations, and deriving insights that drive decision making and operational improvements.
  5. Develop and maintain innovative products that leverage data and advanced analytics.
