This role focuses on turning talent data into actionable insights to improve decision-making within the People team. It involves building dashboards, analyzing workforce metrics, partnering with various People functions, and exploring how AI can enhance data usage and automation. The role also includes managing HR analytics platforms and ensuring data quality.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and deliver dashboards and data stories on key workforce metrics like attrition, hiring, and engagement
  2. Help leaders understand what’s changing and what actions to take
  3. Help evolve how the People team uses data, with AI as a core part of that shift
  4. Test new tools and build automations that reduce manual reporting
  5. Manage day-to-day administration of our HR analytics platform

Skills

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in analytics or consulting, with experience or demonstrable interest in the talent domain
  • Data fluency, with the ability to utilize strong Excel and BI skills to explore data and uncover insights
  • A consultative mindset—you ask the right questions before jumping into the data
  • Clear communicator who can turn complex findings into simple, useful insights
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with ambiguity

Nice to have

  • working knowledge of SQL preferred
