This role is for a People Operations Coordinator responsible for the operational backbone of the HR function, focusing on data integrity, employee lifecycle management, and core HR processes for a growing global workforce. What you'd actually do

  1. Own the accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems — auditing, reconciling, and resolving inconsistencies before they become downstream problems
  2. Administer employee lifecycle transactions in Workday across the full arc of employment — new hires, changes, and departures — with precision and an understanding of what gets affected
  3. Manage the operational mechanics of contractor engagement and employee exits, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders from initiation to close
  4. Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions, triaging and resolving requests with consistency and speed
  5. Maintain internal HR documentation and resources that help employees across regions navigate processes and find what they need

Skills

Required

  • 1–3 years in HR, People Ops, or a related operations role
  • Experience with an HRIS
